Only patrons who jump pay for jump time. Simply watching is free. Enjoy our free WiFi while you wait. Daily prices are HERE along with our weekly specials.

Children must be old enough to walk on their own. Restricted use of attractions may apply for younger jumpers during busier times.

We suggest that you book online in advance, especially on weekends, holidays and during school breaks, though it is not required. Reservations can only be made online. Groups and birthday party reservations are taken over the phone and require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your spot. You’re welcome to simply walk in to jump! Just remember, first come first served, so during peak hours, you may have to wait.

A group is 15 or more jumpers. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. The group rates can be found below. If your group is part of a non-profit organization and has a tax exempt ID, there is no minimum for the number of jumpers. All group balances must be paid together in one payment.

Group discounts are available to groups with 15 or more jumpers and to non-profit organization groups of any size, such as the Boys and Girls Club, Schools, Churches, etc. A non-profit tax ID number is required at the time of check-in for your event to receive the non-profit rate.

The regular group rate is $14 for 60 minutes, $17 for 90 minutes, and $20 for 120 minutes. The non-profit group rate is $10 for 60 minutes, $14 for 90 minutes, and $17 for 120 minutes. All prices are per jumper and do not include grip socks, which can be purchased at check-in for $3.50 per pair. A deposit of 25% is required at booking for all groups.

No. Our facility is always open to the public during all posted business hours. If you’re looking for something more exclusive, we do offer the ability to rent out the entire facility for just your group on specific days/times. Call our event staff today for more information!

No. Everyone who wants to play forms a line and our court monitor divides the teams when necessary. You can always see a court monitor or manager if you have any questions regarding the dodgeball court.

Is the entire facility available for rent?
You bet! Microsoft, Google and Southwest Air are just a few of the companies who’ve rented our entire facility for events. For more information, please call for details.

With the exception of cake for a reserved birthday party, no outside food or drinks are allowed, including for walk-in parties who do not rent a party table. Party table rentals are subject to availability. We do make exceptions for special diets or circumstances. Additional fees may apply. Please call for more information regarding this policy.

If you’ve completed their waiver online for a previous jump session, they’re in our system. If it has been more than a year since you signed your waiver, you'll need to update it at check-in. If you’re unsure if you or your child has a valid waiver, it’s best to complete another waiver online in advance. Better safe than sorry!

Shoes, non-grippy socks, and bare feet are not allowed on our courts at any time. If you have a pair of our re-usable Shockwave Trampoline Park Jump Socks, bring them. If not, you will need to purchase a pair for $3.50 at the front desk during check-in.

Note: All jumpers under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. Click HERE to complete online. If a jumper is over 18, they must present their photo I.D with date of birth.
